Multitasking is a non closure trap, if you can’t finish it, give it to someone who can finish it
Planning is a way to postpone
If you don’t delegate you are delegating it to your future self. Counter productive
Overthinking will make simple tasks unfinishable
Advice: Discipline isn’t about motivation—it’s about doing the damn thing even when you don’t want to. Pick the hardest, most overdue task right now, and don’t stop until it’s done. Repeat daily.
Reps are the thing
Advice: Stop romanticizing potential and start romanticizing results. Burn the to-do list, pick one thing, and finish it today—no excuses, no distractions. Repeat until life respects you back.
Advice: Forget inspiration. Build habits that make laziness impossible. Block two hours for focused, uninterrupted work on your most overdue task. No distractions. No compromises. Get it done, or don’t bother complaining.
