Algorithmic and Heuristic work

Algorithmic is offshored and can be incentivised monetarily

Heuristic interesting creative tasks can go down because of monetary incentives

As organisations become flat, we need more self direction (wikipedia like contributors)

Purpose maximisers vs Profit Maximisers
